You will then be presented with a window asking for your email address. If you have already submitted a ticket, but have never been sent a password, you need to request a password before you can log in to see your ticket status and history.Ĭlick the 'Get a Password' link (highlighted in the image below) in the window that pops up when you click 'Sign In'. If you have already gotten a password, you can sign in directly. If you are not logged in, you'll see a 'Sign In' link in the far upper right hand corner. Changing Profile Information and Viewing your Tickets Logging In This takes you to a form that directly submits a ticket to the Embrilliance Support Team. Simply look to the upper right hand corner of the Support Center, you'll find the 'Submit a Request' link. You don't have to be logged in to submit a request or 'ticket'. The search bar at the top of the main page will allow you to search the articles in all categories. Beneath the categories, you'll see the latest publishes articles. In the FAQ category, our most frequently asked questions and useful tips will be continually added to and updated. Finding Answers to your Embrilliance Questionsįrom the Main Menu, you'll see categories under which we've stored articles answering questions about Embrilliance and showing important updates like this one. The Embrilliance Support Center includes many new tools to help you find answers to your Embrilliance questions, contact the Embrilliance support team, and view your Support history.
